RPTU doctoral student awarded “Mall Environmental Prize”

The Roland Mall Family Foundation recently awarded the Mall Environmental Prize for Water for the second time for imaginative and innovative theses in urban water management, including to Dr. Carlo Morandi, who dealt with the treatment of grey water in his doctoral thesis at RPTU.

More than 4,300 respondents to the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024 study have voted: The most popular employer in Germany this year is the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. With the Fraunhofer ITWM and Fraunhofer IESE, two of its institutes are located in Kaiserslautern.

Since autumn, the Department of Culture has been working on a cultural development plan for Kaiserslautern with all cultural institutions and the independent cultural scene. FIRST PLACE FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW!

With 28 out of a total of 30 points, the High-Performance Centre Simulation and Software-based Innovation once again took first place in this year’s ranking of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft’s 21 High-Performance Centres. It shows that the close co-operation between university and non-university research leads to outstanding results in Kaiserslautern.
